Shipping and Delivery Rates
Cake Decorating Australia utilises the services of both e-go Couriers and Australia Post (Registered Post).
The choice of e-go Couriers or Australia Post (Registered Post) is at the discretion of Cake Decorating Australia and will be determined by the weight, size and delivery location of the package as well as the packaging materials required. Cake Decorating Australia will always attempt to utilise the most cost and time efficient option for our customers.

Please be sure to include your full shipping address. If you are using a PO Box address, please also provide an alternative house/business address as our couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Please note that as we use the services of a Courier and Australia Post it is NOT possible for us to stipulate a delivery time. Deliveries maybe made at any time between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
Your postage is determined by the state to which the parcel is to be sent.

*Please note 1: if you believe your parcel is small and light, please contact us via the "Contact Us" tab and we will quote you on an individualised postage fee. Minimum postage and handling charge is $10.00.
*Please note 2: If your parcel weighs in excess of 20kg you may be called to advise of a P&H surcharge.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please note that the sending of all parcels is done at the total responsibility of the buyer. Whilst we attempt to package the products as safely and securely as possible - the fragile nature of some products makes them prone to breakages. All risk of damage and breakage is borne by you, the buyer.
If you, the buyer, is not at home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left on your front porch at your own risk. The parcel/package will try to be placed in a position out of view from the street, where possible. Cake Decorating Australia assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels/packages.
